All our Handymen are courteous, respectful of your property and will undertake all jobs to a high standard. If, although unlikely, you are unsatisfied by any aspect of our customer service please let us know.INSURANCE - We carry £2million public liability insurance.
GUARANTEE - We are so sure you will be satisfied by the service we provide that we guarantee this for 6 months* following the date of the original job. *Any defective material provided will be subject to manufacturers warranty.
EVALUATION - After each visit you will be requested to complete a short evaluation of the service you received. This will enable HandyMen 'R' Us to monitor its impact and ensure that you are provided with an efficient and expanding service.
