We stayed one night as was doing a Tandem Skydive at Langar Airfield and The Grange was an ideal base for us. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house, the location and most of all Don & Brenda were superb. On arrival we were greated by Brenda like we'd known her for years! We met Don later in the day and he greeted us in the same spirit as Brenda had earlier in the day. Our room was stunning, with views to match, it had its own private bathroom, and we felt very comfortable. We had an early start and Brenda was more than happy to do a full English Breakfast for us which was fantastic and kept us going all day. We would highly recommend The Grange and if we ever needed accommodation in this area, we would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't believe the quality of the place! Wonderful warm greeting as soon as we stepped out of our car from Brenda - the most beautifully kept house and garden with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Our room was tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was very spacious with plenty of lovely soft towels.Lovely peaceful place to sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - kept us going all day! Can't rate this highly enough.

This place is a gem. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and had a really relaxing time. The room had a huge comfortable bed the room was really well-appointed with a huge bathroom attached. The attention to detail is amazing with an incredible number of items available which "I wish I had brought with me.....". Have you ever wanted a roll of sellotape when travelling? You will find it in your room. Toothbrush?, Razor? No problem. I'm sure you'll even find a backscratcher if you looked. More towels were provided then you could ever use in a whole week. The breakfast had everything available and was delicious. I realised why this place is so good - your hosts Brenda and Don used to run a large hotel. The best B&B ever.

We stayed for two nights here but wished we could have stayed longer - in fact we wanted to move in! A gorgeous house and garden, so peaceful and well cared for. The room we stayed in was beautiful and luxuriously comfortable with even the tiniest detail considered and catered for. The freshly cooked breakfast was outstanding and filled us up for the rest of the day. Brenda was so kind as to cook me a small breakfast the first morning as I was due to do a parachute jump later that day and was too nervous to eat anything larger. I really enjoyed the full works the next day though! Brenda and Don are the most welcoming and friendliest hosts we have ever met and really make you feel like part of their family. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can't wait to visit you again! Amelia and Gary

Thank you for a lovely night's stay. The house is beautiful, the room was large and extremely clean and the bed so comfortable we didn't want to get up! I'm glad we did though because the cooked breakfast was delicious! Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back! Jamie and Helen Norris

This place is a real treat! We had the 'bridal suite' which had every comfort you could want with nothing left to chance. This is posh B&B with Don and Brenda the perfect hosts. We had a super breakfast and we were made to feel at home. Many thanks Terry & Joan ![]()

Hi Don and Brenda, You probably wont remember me but i stayed at The Grange in 2005, if you remember i was an offshore Rope Access technician doing a 3 day course over in Derbyshire.I could not place Don until the last day which i am a bit embarrased about now, bearing in mind that i grew up with that great side from 75/76,when we lost the title by a point. However i have now emigrated to Australia (since 2006)and keep in touch with all the goings on at W12 by a website called QPR REPORT.Dons name came up and some great stories about him also. This is just to say thank you for all you did for the club, and until we meet again so long, thanks for looking after me, cheers, Jason Archer.
