Just wanted to say THANK YOU for our wonderful wedding cake. The design of the cake a colours matched my scheme really well. Gillian your cake was lovely to look at and it tasted even better. We would just like to say a big thankyou to Gillian for such a wonderful and unusual cake, it was definatly a talking point at our wedding! It was a mixture of both mine and my husbands ideas with Gillian's artistic flare thrown in which made our cake so unique to us. The giant sugar craft giraffe, shark and other exotic creatures were surrounding our boat on a waterfall were all so amazing, they encompassed the ideas of our honeymoon based cake design perfectly. Just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful wedding cake you made for our daughter Ruth's wedding reception on Saturday 26th November at Armathwaite Hall, it was greatly admired by all who attended, the sugarcraft roses were exquisite, hard to believe they were not real!...and most important of all, both the fruitcake and the sponge cake were delicious!...you do realise you will never be able to retire!!?...thank you again, will send you a photo via Email. Hi Gillian... You made our son (Ralph Thomas Hogg) a christening cake on Sunday 6th November 2011. Would just like to say a huge thank you as it was absolutely amazing!!! Gillian made me and my husband a two tier chocolate cake with chocolate roses in milk and white. The cake was absolutely beautiful. The sponge was really rich and moist. As we only had a small wedding we still had lots left and we froze it and it came out of the freezer still perfect. We would recommend Gillian if you need a cake she makes the best cake I have ever tasted!

We just wanted to thank you for the beautiful cake that you made for our wedding on the 13th November at the Inn on the Lake.
