We had a wonderful time in Oban which was greatly helped by the quality of Braeside and the friendly atmosphere created by Jon & Cherry. We will definitely be back next year.

This is simply the best guesthouse we have ever stayed at. From the warm and friendly welcome and the delicious meals to the very high standards and extreme comfort. All the little personal touches really add to the atmosphere here and we will definately be coming here again.

Just wanted to say thank you for making our stay so special. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable and the DVD player was great. Superb evening meal really delicious and the wee dram after was something else. Nice warm welcome awaits all who visit the braeside, we opted for an evening meal and believe me you will not be disappointed it was excellent, and there is also a well stocked bar to partake in a few wee drams to round of your evening.

We love this guest house. It is definitely our special wee place to come to when we need a break. John and Cherry are fantastic and couldnt be more hepful or pleasant. Well worth a visit, and the mushrooms at breakfast are legendary!
